Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Block Schedule Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a short-term acute care, Level II Trauma and Level II Pediatric Trauma setting
• Float between units as needed to support patient care demands
• Maintain expected patient ratios of 1:11
• Document and chart patient care using Epic
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• May be expected to float to nearby sister facilities as required by the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Valid Washington State license must be in hand at time of submission (compact license accepted if active)
• Minimum of 1 year of respiratory therapy experience required
• Block schedule commitment required
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submission — post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (locals may be considered at an adjusted rate)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity acute care or trauma center environment
• Familiarity with neuro diagnostics within a respiratory therapy scope
• Prior travel contract experience in a similar setting
