Occupational Therapist – Rehab (Travel Contract)

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services within a rehabilitation setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of North Carolina or eligibility to obtain
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Ability to work a consistent day shift schedule (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute care or inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Experience working within a high-volume or Level II trauma center environment
• Strong documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) skills
