Contract | Full-Time | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | Expected 36 hours/week | Every other weekend required | No call requirement | Start Date: December 7, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Comprehensive Medical Unit, with occasional floating to other Med-Surg units including Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings; telemetry competency will be assessed on day one
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care across diverse medical-surgical populations

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Ohio
• Active BLS certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience; must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry
• Hospital experience required; submissions without hospital experience will not be considered
• Current Epic EMR proficiency required — must be documented in submission; refresher training or 1:1 onboarding support is not available for this skill

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working across multiple Med-Surg subspecialties such as Stroke, Oncology, or Cardiac units
• Familiarity with Observation and ED boarder patient populations
