Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday–Friday | No weekends | No on-call required

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with electrophysiology procedures including arrhythmia ablations (AFib, SVT), permanent pacemaker and ICD implantations, left atrial appendage closure, and Watchman procedures
• Perform scrub duties while maintaining sterile technique and the integrity of the sterile field throughout all procedures
• Operate and support EP mapping systems, fluoroscopy equipment, and hemodynamic monitoring systems
• Interpret dysrhythmias and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias; respond appropriately with Rapid Response and Code Teams
• Support AICD insertion/programming, cardiac mapping, cardioversion, and conduction studies
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including potential float to an affiliate location within the health system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Electrophysiology Tech experience required; EP Lab experience required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• CCI-RCIS certification required
• Scrub experience required
• Experience with EP mapping systems, cardiac ablation, cardiac devices, permanent and temporary pacemakers, AICD insertion/programming, cardiac mapping, cardioversion, conduction studies, left atrial appendage closure, and Watchman procedures required
• Hemodynamic monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation experience required; proficiency with Philips equipment, fluoroscopy, and PACS required; Cerner PowerChart charting experience required
• Locals are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab experience preferred
• CCI-RCES or ARRT-CI certification preferred
• McKesson EMR experience preferred
