Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend | Contract, Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting across a variety of acuity levels
• Perform and assist with procedures including conscious sedation, intubations, and Behavioral Health Watch
• Manage sepsis, stroke (TPA administration), and chest pain (Heart Alert) protocols
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system
• Float to other units as needed in accordance with facility floating policy
• Participate in on-call rotations as required by unit needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas RN License required — temporary licenses will not be accepted
• Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Room experience
• PALS or ENPC required
• ACLS required
• BLS required
• TNCC required
• NIHSS required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification
• Prior experience with Meditech documentation system
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a high-acuity environment
