Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant
Location: Adrian, MI
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapy services to patients
- Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities as directed
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately
- Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient goals
Required Qualifications:
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or equivalent
- Proven experience in providing occupational therapy assistance
- Ability to follow treatment plans and documentation protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Previous experience working in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting
- Familiarity with therapy equipment and assistive devices
