Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment programs for patients across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric, in accordance with best practices and principles of physical therapy.
• Evaluate patient needs, administer treatments, and monitor progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
• Document clinical activities accurately and in a timely manner, including billing and reimbursement details.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to provide education and support.
• Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers involved in patient care.
• Maintain ongoing professional development through continued education, literature review, and the application of evidence-based practices.
• Adhere to organizational, state, and national regulatory guidelines while aligning personal and team goals with system objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid license as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtained within 90 days of hire/transfer.
• Ability to evaluate, treat, and monitor patients effectively.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and clinical documentation skills.
• Proficient in the use of computer systems and rehabilitation equipment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduates welcome to apply; prior clinical experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of reimbursement processes related to physical therapy practice.
