Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans following ANA standards and nursing processes.
- Act as a patient advocate by providing support, information, and direct care.
- Skillfully utilize medical equipment and technology to perform nursing procedures.
- Educate patients and families on important self-care issues.
- Assist with medication inventory, distribution, and delivery as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Delaware.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Critical Care experience preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or Electrophysiology (EP) settings.
- Strong technical nursing skills in cardiac procedures.
