- Full-time, Night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a telemetry unit.
- Float between Medical/Surgical and Telemetry units as needed.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while monitoring vital signs and responding to clinical changes.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and promptly in electronic medical records.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required prior to start.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Prior travel nursing experience.
- Experience working in teaching hospital settings.
- Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years.
- Able to start within the next 2 weeks.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- PCCN or orthopedic certifications are a plus.
- Experience float staffing in a hospital setting.
