Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, 13-week assignment, Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care primarily in the telemetry unit, including monitoring cardiac rhythms and other vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR system.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergent situations.
• Support patient safety and comfort during your shift.

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Texas.
• BLS Certification.
• ACLS Certification.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and ICU step-down units.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to rotating schedules.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with medication administration including Amio, Heparin, Cardizem, and 3% Saline.
• Prior experience with chest tube management and ventilator care.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Positive, flexible personality with a team-focused attitude.
