Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients at a skilled nursing facility
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed
- Document patient assessments and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- State-specific licensure or certification
- Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a long-term care or nursing facility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
