Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory care to diverse patient populations for therapeutic purposes.
• Perform bedside diagnostic procedures as needed to support patient treatment.
• Review and maintain individualized respiratory care plans.
• Conduct patient evaluations and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Serve as a preceptor to students and new hires, offering guidance and training.
Required Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC.
• Current Indiana State license for Respiratory Care Practitioners.
• Certification in CPR.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• ACLS and NRP certifications (or ability to obtain within 6 months, for certain locations).
• PALS and Stable certifications are a plus but not required.
• Ability to be on call and lift up to 30 pounds.
