Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population.
• Conduct daily patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• See approximately 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits and double-booking as needed.
• Maintain documentation and ensure productivity expectations of 60 visits per week are met.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to coordinate patient care and adhere to treatment protocols.
• Achieve guaranteed hours of 36 per week, with potential to work up to 40 hours, pending approval of overtime.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to handle a full patient schedule, managing approximately 12-14 patients daily.
• Willingness to work day shifts and be flexible for travel within local area if needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• New graduates are not accepted; experienced professionals preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
