Key Responsibilities
- Perform imaging procedures in CT and at least one additional modality in a hospital/inpatient setting.
- Operate advanced imaging equipment under the supervision of a Radiologist.
- Assist in the diagnosis of disease and injury by capturing accurate images per established protocols.
- Provide care and support to ambulatory and hospital patients during imaging procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain proper documentation of imaging procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Less than 1 year of experience in medical imaging.
- Valid ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), and TMB certifications.
- Current BLS certification issued within 30 days of hire or transfer.
- State of Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license or eligibility.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with advanced imaging modalities such as MRI, Nuc Med, or Interventional Radiology.
- Familiarity with hospital inpatient workflows and patient care in diagnostic settings.
- Ability to operate multiple imaging modalities proficiently.
