Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and develop treatment plans using established clinical practices
• Manage a caseload with 10-11 patient visits per day, ensuring quality care and compliance
• Document patient progress and treatment interventions accurately in electronic health records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for effective patient outcomes
• Apply a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to treat musculoskeletal and post-operative conditions

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in Illinois
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient therapy experience
• Proficiency in patient evaluation and case management
• Experience with NextGen electronic health record system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating conditions such as Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tears, Back and Neck Pain, Fractures, Osteoarthritis, and Post-Operative Care
• Knowledge of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal assessments
• Ability to perform fall risk assessments and develop caseloads effectively
