Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services focused on pelvic health to diverse patient populations, including male and female patients.
• Manage a caseload primarily composed of pelvic floor therapy patients, following clinical protocols and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation in Cerner electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and hospital policies, including maintaining active IL state licensure and BLS certification.
• Participate in ongoing education and adhere to hospital and department guidelines, including holiday work requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Illinois Physical Therapist license in hand at the time of application.
• Minimum of 1.5 years of outpatient experience, specifically in pelvic health therapy.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted).
• Ability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
• Experience with Cerner electronic medical records system.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a Critical Access or Magnet hospital environment.
• Familiarity with Cerner charting and healthcare modules.
• Previous exposure to hospital-based outpatient therapy.

Additional Notes
• No floating outside the scope of hospital departments is required.
• Candidates must be local or willing to travel within 50 miles of the facility.
• Certification in advanced therapy techniques (such as RQI) and familiarity with hospital policies are a plus.
