• Full-time, 3 nights per week (night shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on medical-surgical units, floating as needed across floors at a Level I Trauma Center and teaching hospital.
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and document care using EPIC electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adapt to varying patient ratios and unit needs in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Participate in holiday rotations and may be on call; work schedule includes 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina RN license or multi-state/compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Ability to work night shifts and rotate weekends/holidays as required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a Level I Trauma Center or Magnet designated hospital.
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system.
• Experience with hospital float pools preferred.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, teaching hospital setting with a diverse patient population.
