Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, 12-hour shifts, rotating 36/48 hours per week, alternating days and nights

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric nursing care within a forensic treatment environment.
• Float between North and South campuses as assigned.
• Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, including every other weekend.
• Participate in orientation sessions, including initial training and team integration.
• Follow all policies and procedures for safety and patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a psychiatric or correctional setting.
• At least 1 year of RN experience in a traveling capacity.
• Valid RN license (State of Missouri or compact state).
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotate between day and night shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in forensic or correctional mental health.
• Flexibility to float between multiple campuses and adapt to changing schedules.
