Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, travel assignment, night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 13 weeks duration

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a 22-bed ER setting.
• Perform procedures such as IV insertions, medication administration, EKGs, wound care, and splinting.
• Administer moderate sedation and assist with advanced airway management, including intubation and CPR.
• Triage and prioritize patients based on ESI guidelines, ensuring appropriate resource allocation.
• Document patient care accurately in Meditech EMR and coordinate transfers when necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, efficient emergency services.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years recent ER experience in a high-acuity setting.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Strong triage and critical thinking skills with trauma and cardiac alert expertise.
• Ability to handle fast-paced, high-stress environments.
• Valid RN license.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech documentation system.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Prior experience caring for STEMI, stroke, sepsis, trauma, and behavioral health patients.
