Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and monitor patients' health status
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license/certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred
- Ability to work night shifts reliably
- Strong patient care skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
- Knowledge of EHR systems and medication administration protocols
