Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days, 12.5-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in an LTAC/Telemetry setting following the Nursing Process and hospital policies.
• Utilize critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership skills to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education.
• Delegate patient care priorities appropriately based on staff qualifications.
• Supervise and direct assigned personnel to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Apply knowledge of vent/trach management, central lines, and wound care as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Texas or multi-state compact RN license (must be attached to resume).
• BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (must be attached to submission).
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience, including vent/trach management.
• Knowledge of central lines and wound care preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• LTAC experience preferred.
• Wound care experience highly desirable.
• Experience with telemetry nursing.
