Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients, implementing treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing skills.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience providing speech therapy services preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting.
• Familiarity with pediatric or adult therapy populations.
