Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shift, on a rotating schedule with Wednesdays, Thursdays, and every other weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
- Follow all regulatory requirements and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including every other weekend
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and nursing procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
- Bilingual abilities a plus
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
