Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients based on individualized treatment plans.
• Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement therapy goals and progress assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Relevant educational background in speech-language pathology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical or school setting.
• Knowledge of therapy tools and assessment software.
