Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs during labor and delivery.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care and progress accurately in electronic medical records.
- Assist with childbirth procedures and postpartum care.
- Maintain a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for patients and families.
Required Qualifications
- Active and in-good-standing RN license.
- At least 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
- Ability to work night shifts, 12-hour shifts.
- Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-acuity hospital setting.
- BLS and NRP certifications.
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
