Job Title

• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, travel, 13-week assignment, day shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for patients in the IMC/PCU/stepdown unit
• Monitor patient vital signs and utilize telemetry equipment as required
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately using Cerner EMR system
• Float to other units as needed, maintaining flexibility and adaptability
• Ensure adherence to unit policies, safety protocols, and certification requirements

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of recent progressive care or telemetry experience
• Proven competency in telemetry monitoring
• Ability to work a 12.5-hour shift day schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a stepdown or medical-surgical unit
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
