Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide direct patient care, including exercises, manual therapy, and assistive device training.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Support patient recovery goals through personalized therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment during therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification.
• Prior experience in physical therapy or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and equipment.
