Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Efficiently utilize PCC for documentation and resident management.
- May assist on the floor as needed to support patient care.
- Serve as a nurse educator to support staff training and development.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license.
- Experience with PCC documentation.
- Ability to work efficiently and adapt to floor duties as needed.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF environments.
- Previous nurse educator or training experience.
