Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and document health status.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
• Ability to work night shifts, 12.5 hours per shift.
• Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience with elderly resident care.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
