Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols in a healthcare environment
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maine
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
• Ability to work night shifts reliably and independently
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in LTC or SNF settings
