Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days schedule, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care within a home healthcare setting
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress under supervision
• Document patient responses and update records accordingly
• Ensure safety and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Support patients' rehabilitation goals to promote recovery and improved mobility

Required Qualifications

• Valid PTA license and Connecticut state license (must be obtained before start date)
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of home care experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a home healthcare environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
