Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients across two facilities in Danbury, CT.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
• Maintain documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Adhere to facility policies and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice in Connecticut.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in outpatient or facility-based physical therapy.
• Knowledge of therapy equipment and techniques.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
