Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 3/12-hour shifts, rotating every other weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care and support to patients in a hospital setting
• Administer ventilator management and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid State Respiratory Therapist license or certification
• Proven experience in respiratory therapy, preferably with ventilated patients
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and rotating schedules
• Current BLS certification (if applicable)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with ventilated patients in an acute care setting
• Knowledge of advanced respiratory equipment and procedures
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions
