Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient neuro and orthopedic physical therapy services to patients
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation

Required Qualifications
• Connecticut state Physical Therapist license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with neuro patients is highly preferred
