• Full-time, Day shifts (8 hours per shift, 5 days per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy services to patients, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapy execution.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using designated electronic charting systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Float within hospital departments or to nearby affiliate hospitals as needed.
• Maintain compliance with travel and facility policies, including holiday work requirements and floating protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid California Physical Therapy license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of inpatient physical therapy experience.
• Experience with electronic medical records, specifically Epic charting system.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish (preferred).
• Willingness to work the designated shift and to remain flexible for floating across facilities.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in hospital inpatient settings.
• Comfortable working with diverse patient populations.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
