- Full-time, Day shifts (8 hours per shift, 5 days per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient physical therapy services to patients, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapy execution.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using designated electronic charting systems.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
- Float within hospital departments or to nearby affiliate hospitals as needed.
- Maintain compliance with travel and facility policies, including holiday work requirements and floating protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Physical Therapy license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of inpatient physical therapy experience.
- Experience with electronic medical records, specifically Epic charting system.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish (preferred).
- Willingness to work the designated shift and to remain flexible for floating across facilities.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in hospital inpatient settings.
- Comfortable working with diverse patient populations.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
