Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology assessments and therapy services to patients across assigned facilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and update reports to ensure optimal care delivery.
• Travel between facilities in Kalamazoo, MI, and Hastings, MI, as required.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations related to therapy services.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certification in speech-language pathology (e.g., CCC-SLP preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between facilities as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in multiple facility settings.
• Experience with adult and pediatric therapy populations.
