Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Days, Part-time (4 shifts per week, 8 hours each)

Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed therapists in administering physical therapy treatments to patients.
• Encourage and support patients through prescribed therapy exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress and report to supervising therapists.
• Ensure compliance with safety and clinical protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation and patient care procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
