Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living/independent living facilities.
• Float between two facilities, ensuring consistent and quality care across locations.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Proven experience working in SNF, AL, or IL settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to floating between multiple facilities.
• Full-time availability for day shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a float or traveling therapist role.
• Knowledge of documentation protocols in skilled nursing and assisted living environments.
