Job Title

• Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) - Primary Care

• King City, CA

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, day shifts, working 4 ten-hour shifts with every other Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population, including newborns to geriatrics
• Follow clinical protocols under the supervision of licensed physicians
• Conduct patient examinations, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
• Document patient encounters accurately within electronic medical records
• Maintain personal accountability for clinical decisions within scope of practice

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current California RN and NP/PA licensure
• Certification from recognized nursing or physician assistant boards such as ANCC, AANP, NCC, or NCCRN
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Current AHA ACLS certification (if applying for inpatient privileges)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a primary care or family practice setting
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
