Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living/independent living communities during weekends.
• Assist licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Support patient mobility, daily living activities, and rehabilitative goals.
• Document patient progress and communicate with supervising therapists.
• Ensure adherence to safety and clinical protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or assisted living settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience providing weekend therapy services.
• Knowledge of rehabilitative techniques for elderly populations.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
