Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed therapists in providing occupational therapy services to patients
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities under supervision
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Support patient comfort and safety during therapy sessions
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Prior experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to follow treatment protocols and documentation standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a split assignment between multiple facilities

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and safety procedures
