Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medication and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license.
- Current state-specific nursing license.
- Experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working with elderly or chronically ill patients.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
