Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
  • Administer medication and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LVN or LPN license.
  • Current state-specific nursing license.
  • Experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
  • Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts.
  • Strong patient care and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Previous experience working with elderly or chronically ill patients.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
