- Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status
- Follow care plans and document resident care activities accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Report and escalate changes in resident condition as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Prior experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Ability to work 12.5-hour night shifts reliably
- Strong communication and bedside nursing skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with elderly or chronically ill populations
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- CPR and first aid certification
