Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
  • Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Document patient progress and update medical records accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
  • Proven experience in LTC or SNF settings.
  • Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts.
  • Strong communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Previous experience working weekends or with a similar schedule.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
