Key Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor patient health statuses and report changes to the appropriate medical staff.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety regulations, and healthcare standards.
  • Support a compassionate and professional environment for residents.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
  • Proven experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
  • Knowledge of patient care procedures and safety protocols.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts on days.

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience with elderly or chronic care patients.
  • Certifications in CPR and First Aid.
