Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options and progress.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient evaluations and therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with sub-acute rehabilitation patients.
• Knowledge of current therapy techniques and best practices in speech-language pathology.
