Schedule / Job Type

  • Full-time, day shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals including physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and nurses.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support continued care and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Occupational Therapist license in Kansas.
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • BLS certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience working in a healthcare facility or outpatient setting.
  • Knowledge of current therapy practices and protocols.
