Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (18:45–07:15) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting
• Perform phlebotomy and IV therapy in accordance with facility protocols
• Manage and monitor gastric tube feedings for assigned patients
• Document patient assessments and care accurately using Cerner electronic health records
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery throughout an average 14-day stay
• Adhere to all facility policies, scheduling requirements, and call-out notification procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid LVN or LPN state license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1.5 years of inpatient rehabilitation experience, within the last 2 years
• Current BLS (CPR) certification
• Proficiency in phlebotomy and IV therapy
• Experience with gastric tube feedings
• Ability to work an alternating schedule including every other weekend and holidays as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NIH Stroke Scale certification (facility can assist with obtaining onsite if not already held)
• ACLS certification (required if serving in a Charge Nurse role)
• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
