Job Title
• Respiratory Therapist (Travel)

Location
• Largo, FL

Schedule / Job Type
• 13-week contract, night shifts, travel assignment, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities
• Administer respiratory therapies, including nebulizers and ventilator management
• Perform assessments, including ABGs from A-lines and sticks
• Assist with intubations and code responses in a fast-paced environment
• Support patient care through rapid response and emergency procedures
• Maintain and operate respiratory equipment, including Servo and 840 ventilators
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications
• Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) license or credential applicable for Florida
• Critical care skills including ventilator management
• Proficiency in patient assessment and troubleshooting respiratory equipment
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital critical care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with Meditech electronic medical records
• Prior ventilator experience and advanced airway management skills
• Comfortable working in a Team environment with a busy unit
• Adaptability to new technology and equipment
