Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, focusing on orthopedic care
• Assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and track progress
• Work efficiently to see 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Manage a caseload in a busy outpatient setting, including follow-up visits and therapeutic interventions
• Coordinate care with team members and obtain approval for additional hours when necessary

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia
• Outpatient experience preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to handle a caseload of 12-14 patients per day and manage follow-up visits
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Willingness to accept first-time travelers and new graduates
• Experience in orthopedic outpatient therapy is a plus
• Flexibility to float to other clinics within the network if needed
